You’d be better off just picking one - you don’t have to do everything you’ve ever heard of. People who try to specialize in too many things often don’t end up being very good at any of them. But you can if you want to.

You’d start with a 4-year college degree. Major in anything and take the premed classes in bio, chem, physics, math, and English. You can do this at pretty much any 4-year college or university. Then you need a medical degree. That’s another 4 years at a different university.

After that, you’d do a one-year internship in surgery. An otolaryngologist (note spelling) has an additional 4 years of otolaryngology training. Then you’d need another 4 years of residency in ophthalmology (note spelling again). And then another 3 in dermatology. Your planned career will take you 8 years of college and 12 more of training - to have three specialties. At this point you can look for a job that will require one of those specialties, or open your own clinic to use them all (you’ll probably want some training in business too).

Even if you got all three specialties it would be silly to assume you could practice in all three of them. Just choose one specialty and become really great at it. Spreading out your focus that way might be interesting academically but if you are looking at what you will actually being doing career-wise long term it is a bit odd to spread your focus out that way.

There’s also an Agua Prieta in the state of Durango, but I assumed you meant the one in Sonora.

chill hours as in chilling at a night club? Most night clubs in mexico open around 9 pm but do not get busy until 12 am. Mexico is very different in the fact that their night clubs do not close at 2 or 3 am. Their night clubs will stay open to 5 or 6 am and will serve alcohol that whole time. People start showing up to clubs around 12 am and the peak hours are 2-4 am. Chill hours, also, lunch hours, 12-2 pm is when most people go home from work and each lunch. That is a time when businesses close and then reopen after 2 pm.

Your sister took away WHOSE visa for three years. A visa is not an ID, it’s a sticker within a passport, which is the ID. Did someone try to remove the physical visa from one passport and put it in another? That automatically voids the visa.

Whoever is the rightful owner of the visa should report it as stolen to the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. He/she will have to apply for a new visa.

I never really been that kind of person that blames managers for their team’s record
I mean yes every once in a while a manager makes a wrong decision but not every time a team loses is not the manager’s fault
The players still have to perform so i really don’t know why all that crap on Girardi if is not his fault his bullpen sucks that bad
